The majority of our rates fall between the above rate bands (and we never charge any higher than the top rate indicated), however we sometimes discount below the lowest price indicated, so do Book Online or call us on 0131 625 2345.

The above rates are quoted per night in £ sterling and may be subject to change without notice. They are inclusive of daily maid service and V.A.T. at 17.5% , with lower rate of VAT applied after a stay of 28 days duration.

Sofa beds are available at the additional cost of £20.00 per night. Children under the age of 14 are not charged for the use of a sofa bed. Royal Garden Apartments can be reserved on a per night basis, with reduced rates available for corporate and longer term stays.
