All reservations

All reservations require a non-refundable deposit of the first nights' accommodation, this initial payment will be credited towards your accommodation total, with the balance being charged 7 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival require full pre-payment of the total accommodation charges at the time of booking. Failure to pre-pay the balance will be deemed to be a cancellation and your reservation will be released.

On arrival you will be required to provide a credit card which will be authorised for £10.00 per night (per apartment) towards any extra charges incurred during your stay. All extras to be settled on departure, failure to do so will result in the extras being charged to the credit card held on file and an account sent to the address given on your registration card. please note all guests must complete fully a guest registration form on arrival.

We reserve the right not to take one night reservations less than 28 days prior to arrival and during high demand periods. We also reserve the right to decline single sex group reservations
Check-in time is from 14.30 and departure time is 11.00. If there is a delay in vacating your apartment beyond the agreed time an additional night's accommodation will be charged to you.
There are no pets allowed (with the exception of Guide and Hearing Dogs)

If complaints or any disputes arise which give cause for disturbance, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without notice being given.We reserve the right to charge guests who cause disturbance to other guests of Royal Garden Apartments.

Damage Liability-we expect your apartment on departure to be left in a reasonably clean and tidy manner. You are responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents during your stay which has occurred due to neglgence or moission. Please report any damage or missing items to Reception immediatley. On departure any damage or missing items noticed will be charge to the credit card taken on arrival and an account will be forwarded to the address given on your registration form. Guests are advised that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings kept within the apartment.
The acceptance of your reservation confirms your acceptance of the terms & conditions detailed.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and will only be effective on the date of receipt. The deposit of the first nights' accommodation will be refunded if reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. Failure to cancel 14 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of the first nights accommdation. The same charge applies if while resident you do not provide 48 hours notice of departing earlier than booked.
Rugby weekends, August and Hogmanay
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and will only be effective on the date of receipt. Failure to cancel within 28 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of the 25% deposit of the total accommodation charge.

Weekends (Arriving Friday and Saturday)

Please note that reservations for two nights which are then changed to a one night reservation will be charged for two nights if the apartment cannot be resold.

Rugby Weekends, August and Hogmanay

There will be a minimum length of stay in place. A 25% deposit (of total accommodation charge) is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid 28 days prior to arrival. Failure to pre-pay the balance will be deemed to be a cancellation and your reservation will be released.

Internet and Special Offer Rates

Internet and special offer rates displayed on our web-site are only valid and available when they can be reserved online (these rates are non-commissionable)

Additional Information

Smoking Policy

The apartments are non-smoking. We reserve the right to charge a minimum of £50.00 deep cleaning fee should anyone smoke in your apartment.

Car Parking

Royal Garden Apartments accept no liability for loss or damage to vehicles parked either in our own car park or the local NCP.

Occupants

Only persons notified to us prior to arrival may occupy the apartment. The number of persons permitted to occupy the apartment is limited to the number of beds within the apartment and this limit may not be exceeded.

Internet

Guests using our complimentray broadband interent access do so within the bounds of UK law.
