Do you deliver outside the UK mainland?
We do not deliver outside the UK mainland. An option for customers is for us to deliver to a stock forwarder who would then deliver on your behalf. Call for more info.

Do you sell any paint to treat rust?
We do not sell paint. Our steel treatment cannot be replicated outside the factory however various metal paints are suitable substitutes. RAL 7043 traffic grey B is our standard colour code however before you apply double-check the colour matches.

Can you take payment over the phone?
Unfortunately no, we only take payments through the website.

Do I have to use PayPal?
Paypal is our only payment provider, you do not need a PayPal account you can use PayPal as a guest.

How do I claim on my warranty?
You must provide a valid proof of purchase which is within date and images of the issue you are claiming against.

Do I need to cover my furniture or store in winter?
If you want your furniture to more than exceed the advertised warranty and last up to 10 years we recommend you store or cover your items in the winter months.

Do you have a showroom?
Our products are available to view online only.

Do you sell Kettler products?

We do not. Royal Garden and MWH is not associated with Kettler. If you have a Kettler branded product and require spares you need to speak to Kettler directly. The same applies to guarantees and warranties.
